Come to Your Senses: Demystifying the Mind Body Connection by Stanley H Block





To be present in the moment, you need only come back to your senses.



The identity system disembodies you. … Both loops begin with a thought.  The natural loop shows how thoughts, remaining free of any interference, generate natural functioning and unified mind-body connection.  In the Identity System loop, the same thought is trapped in the depressor/fixer cycle and impairs functioning and disrupts mind-body connection. 



When you are present in the moment, your Identity System rests.  As soon as you are pulled away from the moment by a thought, your Identity System is active.
